Reading, Writing and Math

9th and 10th grade classes focused on Reading, Writing and Math will combine their studies with preparation for the PSAT. These literature-based courses progressively and systematically develop reading, writing and critical-thinking skills essential for success in college entrance examinations and subsequent studies.

Mathematics: The mathematics courses, designed to give students a “head-start” on the following year’s regular school studies by focusing on the key problem areas at each level, provide more challenging instruction in mathematical concepts and methods from basic math to Calculus.
