ACT Program
The ACT is an alternative to taking the SAT. Ivy College Prep has over 20 released real ACT exams. Classes are offered for each section of the test: English, Math, Reading and Science. Weekly administration of a full ACT is part of the course. Courses usually start 8 weeks before each ACT test date.

ACT Written Test
This portion of the test covers a range of subject areas, from Social Studies and Natural Sciences to Prose Fiction and Humanities Similar to the SAT it contains both explicit and implicit questions about the material, understanding an author’s voice and method, and understanding vocabulary in context.
ACT Science Test
This includes scientific material containing references to: tables, graphs, figures and research. It also contains questions involving conflicting data, differing premises and incomplete data.
ACT Writing Test
This is now an optional section on the ACT. All the essay development skills used in Ivy College Prep’s SAT Essay course are geared towards the specific rigors of the ACT.
